As one of the official organisers of the New Zealand Community SharePoint conference it is my job to ensure that all conference related activities and events are posted online.

If you are a speaker or a delegate you would have already received an email with some instructions. In case you haven’t go this email or want an easy online reference my blog will provide general information and sub events. For event updates please check my blog or follow the NZ SharePoint twitter channel.

General Information for Delegates and Speakers

The conference is being held at the Duxton Hotel in Wellington at 170 Wakefield Street.

Parking is available at James Smith Car Park next to the Hotel.

Registration desk will be open from 5.30pm till 7.30pm on Wednesday 1st July at the Duxton. The registration desk will again open at 7.00am to 8.30am on Thursday 2nd July. Go up to the main Ballroom level and pick up you name tag and conference bag.

As a delegate you can create your personalised session agenda by going to the conference web site and entering your email and password.

The Keynote address starts at 8.45 am at the Duxton Ballroom. World renowned SharePoint expert and community evangelist Joel Oleson will be delivering the Keynote session.

On Thursday 2nd July all delegates and sponsors are invited to attend the evening function at the Duxton ballroom.

SharePoint by day SharePint by Night!

This is common tradition with all SharePoint conferences around the globe and anyone can join local and international speakers at St Johns Bar after the official day has finished. It’s a chance to hang out and drown a few pints with who’s who of the SharePoint world. For updates on where local and international speakers will be meeting for drinks follow the NZ SharePoint twitter channel.
